
Spiced minced lamb in warm pita bread with cool, garlicky tzatziki, fresh tomato, and lettuce — quick, filling, and delicious.

Combine yoghurt, grated cucumber (squeezed dry), garlic (half), and mint for the tzatziki. Season and refrigerate.
Heat olive oil in a frypan over high heat. Add lamb, remaining garlic, cumin, and coriander. Cook, breaking up lumps, for 8–10 minutes until browned.
Warm pita bread in a dry pan or oven.
Fill pita with lamb, tzatziki, tomato slices, and lettuce.
