- 300 g, shredded cooked chicken breast✓ GST-Free
- 4 wholegrain wraps✓ GST-Free
- 3 tbsp natural yoghurt✓ GST-Free
- 2 handfuls baby spinach✓ GST-Free
- 1 sliced avocado✓ GST-Free
- ½ sliced cucumber✓ GST-Free
- 100 g, halved cherry tomatoes✓ GST-Free
- ½ juiced lemon✓ GST-Free
- to taste salt and pepper✓ GST-Free
Method

Mix yoghurt with lemon juice and season — this is your dressing.

Lay wraps flat. Spread yoghurt dressing down the centre.
