Overnight oats soaked in apple juice and yoghurt, topped with seasonal berries. Prep it the night before for an effortless morning.

    Combine the rolled oats, yoghurt, apple juice, grated apple, and honey in a bowl. Stir well.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).

    In the morning, give it a good stir and add a splash of milk if it's too thick.

    Spoon into bowls and top with fresh berries and toasted almonds.
