Preheat oven to 200°C. Boil sweet potato until tender, about 15 minutes, then drain and mash with butter and milk. Season.
Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Place salmon on a lined baking tray and brush generously with the glaze.
Bake for 12–14 minutes until cooked through and caramelised.
Steam or blanch the greens for 2–3 minutes.
Serve salmon over sweet potato mash with greens on the side and a wedge of lemon.
